Shipping policy

UK Shipping

We use a secure courier service to make sure your products reach you safe and sound. We offer free shipping on all orders in the UK.

We aim to deliver within 2-5 working days (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays).

Penthouse Pets Ltd accepts no responsibility for transport delays or circumstances outside of our control causing late delivery. Delivery will be to the address advised in your order. We will only deliver to the address provided at checkout. If no one is available at the postal address provided at the time of delivery, a note will be left to advise you or the courier may deliver to a neighbour.

International Shipping

Due to increasing costs to send products overseas, we are no longer able to ship products outside of the UK.
